I'm giving 5 stars because, from a professional artist's standpoint, the quality of art prints made by Fine Art America is unparalleled to ANY other printing app on shopify. When you fix it, let me know and I will try again, and perhaps change my review. I wanted to try it, but since I cannot upload anything, I am forced to delete the app and look elsewhere, sorry. So since i cannot get any images to upload, i am saying this app/service does not work. Tried another image, same issue, it won't work.
After 6 minutes or waiting, nothing happened, so I exited.
The file uploaded in a few seconds, then it said "finishing upload. Way within the limits of their max file size upload. But at least now the app does work.ĭoes not work. Still haven't fully tried out their system due to figuring out the options to ship their products and mine separately without gouging the customer with shipping fees and adding more monthly selling fees by installing another app. Had to strip out image file information on each photo. ** UPDATED review - developer helped me to get my images uploads to their website. They manufacture products automatically and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy making money. Setting up shipping can be tricky for the novice, but tech support is always happy to help and once they were informed, it was seamless. I'm so thrilled with how clean and clear cut this app is and I couldn't be happier with the support I have received while getting up and running. The CEO of Pixels is awesome as well, and he's even helped us with integration in spots where we have struggled.
The tech support is incredible - they are always on top of everything, and they even make sure to build a relationship with their Shopify partners by having you stay with the same tech person so you can go right to them if you are having a problem with the app. It does take time to set up, but it's incredibly user-friendly. Unlike other inventory apps that force you to add products one by one, Pixels automatically imports your inventory from Fine Art America and all you have to do is choose with products to add to your Shopify store.
